Lake Erie Beacons – Women’s

The Beacons are still seeking their first win in franchise history, but they feel good about their core despite an 0-2 season last year. Top ten player Gina Kennedy leads the team, and she’s surrounded by Lucy Beecroft, Hollie Naughton, and Alina Bushma. As a unit, those four provide power and shotmaking ability that should bode well in the NSL, but they’ll hope it manifests on the court to a larger extent in 2026. The new additions to the team, Amina El Rihany and Keira Marshall should fit in nicely with the shotmaking and effort-fueled identity this team wants to build. Will The Land get their first taste of victory in the women’s league? This team will be eager to prove themselves.
