Philadelphia Lightning

The defending champion Philadelphia Lightning are looking to go back-to-back in 2026, and they’ll do so with largely the same squad as last year. Marwan Elshorbagy leads the charge as a steady presence who demoralizes opponents. Mohamed Abouelghar is the primary attacker who’s built for the NSL Power Play. Nathan Lake and Salim Khan stay from last year’s team as well. Philadelphia rounded out their roster with Nick Wall, an attacking threat, and Curtis Malik, a top 25 player who only cost them a third round pick. The NSL runs through Philly, and they’ll do everything in their power to keep it that way.
