Seattle Freeze

The NSL expands west with the addition of the Seattle Freeze. Owner Ali Piyarali brings a wealth of squash knowledge and will look to compete for championships right away. Top ten player Tinne Gillis leads the charge. Gillis is in the prime of her career and has NSL experience. She’ll be the perfect face of the franchise to usher NSL squash into the Pacific Northwest. Joining Gillis is Hannah Craig, Laila Sedky, Marim Metwally, Nada Abbas, and Saskia Beinhard. Abbas is a top 15 player who should complement Gillis well with her shotmaking style. Mariam Metwally brings pedigree to the table for Seattle and should excite fans out there. The rest of the Freeze roster is filled with solid depth in the prime of their careers. Seattle will look to emphatically make their mark in their NSL debut season.
