Terms & Conditions for National Squash League Event Tickets
By purchasing a ticket to a National Squash League event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Validity
- Tickets are valid only for the specified event and date. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another event unless explicitly stated.
Event Changes
- The National Squash League reserves the right to change the time, location, or participants of the event. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. For rescheduled events, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Admission Rights
- The National Squash League reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder from the event for disruptive behavior, violation of rules, or failure to comply with safety protocols without a refund.
Safety and Conduct
- All attendees must adhere to safety rules and guidelines set by the venue. Any illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event. Alcohol and smoking policies may vary by venue.
Liability Waiver
- By attending the event, you acknowledge and assume all risks related to participation in or attendance at the event, including injury or damage to personal property. The National Squash Leagues are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
Ticket Fraud
- Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources or resold above the face value may be voided. Only purchase tickets from the official event provider or authorized vendors.
Event Photography and Recording
- The National Squash League may take photographs, video, or audio recordings during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials without compensation.
Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in designated areas and in accordance with local laws and venue rules. The legal drinking age must be adhered to, and any underage drinking or intoxication may result in removal from the event without a refund. Excessive alcohol consumption or disruptive behavior due to alcohol will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

- If you require special accommodations or have specific needs for accessibility, please contact the National Squash League or venue prior to the event for assistance.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction. By purchasing and using this ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions listed.
